My FMP is about water pollution caused by fast fashion. Factories producing fast fashion items are mainly set up in developing countries such as Bangladesh, India, China etc. This is because the laws regarding workers and the environment either don’t exist or are not strictly implemented by the government or leader meaning cost of production are lower resulting in bigger profits for the company/brand. This fact I have been taught from a young age but never realised how bad things are getting. As I have gotten older I have developed an greater interest in fashion and ‘trendy’ clothes but never gave much though of how my clothes are made until I found out the fashion industry is the second biggest polluter after oil. For further information on what I’m planning to do in my project I have attached my proposal which details this….. washed away fmp proposal
